Disappointing when compared to my previous experience with Petals Florist. This time there was no photos sent of the arrangement, so I had no idea what it looked like until my partner sent me a picture and the handwriting on the card looked like it had been written by an elementary student, quite sloppy. They were however, very prompt in letting me know about a problem with the delivery address and the flowers were still delivered on time!

Easy to use website. Lots of choice available. The flowers were delivered on time and the person receiving was delighted with them. The only negative was that the flowers were rather expensive. This excludes many people from using this service. It would be better if there were at least some options around £20.

I used Petals previously for an overseas order and my friend was over joyed with her flowers. They lasted almost a month. This is why I chose Petals again and they did not disappoint my Mum loved her arrangement. A speedy delivery on the same day I ordered from Australia.
